after being a customer for 16 years, I am VERY disappointed in the service and attitude I have received from Fadya and her team, after a continuous problem of Parlux blowdriers breaking within 6 months I am told that a blowdrier purchased from there store hasn’t been stocked by them for 8 years and therefor isn’t under warranty when the blowdrier was a replacement in Jan 2023. For a lousy $250 or a swap you have chosen to give yourself a bad name and loose a good paying customer, throughout This whole process Fadya has not called to resolve the issue.Well done you’ll never have my business again.

This is not my first purchase from L&F but am writing this review because of their exceptional customer service today. A lovely girl called about my order and informed me that there was no stock of some eyelashes that I had ordered. She offered a substitute which I agreed to. The fact that she called me to relay this information rather than send a generic email was great. She was helpful, knowledgeable and an absolute asset. I have purchased many times before and their service is exceptional. Thank you so much.

Just went in to get some supplies for my hair and was extremely happy with the service as the staff were very helpful! Big shout out to John who was very knowledgeable, professional and went above and beyond to help me find the products I was after. Would definitely recommend asking for John to help with all your hair needs 🙂 The hair supply store also had a large range of products to choose from, overall great experience!

Every single time I go to LF Hair & Beauty Supplies I'm beyond impressed! The service is always amazing and I'm always treated like family by the girls working there.
