Delivery Informations

  • Delivery time mentioned in checkout might be affected by various unforeseen conditions therefore customers are advised to contact respective delivery partner to know the cause of delay.
  • Please ensure you provide correct address as you will be charged new fee’s to return and resend.
  • If a parcel delivery attempt fails and your consignment is sent back to the warehouse, the receiver is liable for all forwarding costs.
  • Handling time for most orders are 2 business days  whenever we have stock. This applies to both standard and express shipping.
  • For out of stock products we’ll contact you and take the necessary actions; either to hold an order until product is back in stock as long as you are happy to wait, for discontinued products you have option either to swap with alternate product or to get a refund, whatever you choose; we’ll process accordingly.
  • If the total weight of your order exceeds 5kg, you may be charged extra for shipping therefore we may contact you later with exact price.
